Previous owner purchased and never displayed it.
There are 2 areas on the clock that have damage from storage.  One.small paint chip and one corner has been deleted on the base. Pictures show the 2 areas of damage does come with the certificate. The certificate has a crease and a small rip.from previous storeage. I rewraped the packaging and layed the certificate flate for shipping
I did nothing to test this unit. It was packaged to nice to want to disturb the factory packaging.
